Different day, same story, filing a formal complaint, blah blah blah.....They request all call backs to 866 896 7942, but they have also called from 866 285 4210.

Received a call stating that someone from Alliance has filed a formal complaint from 2011 againsts me and want money - I told them where to go

This number keeps contacting me and all my family members. When I ask for information regarding the debt they I have been notified.

I got the same call. Theyve called family members informing them that there is a formal complaimt.which I believe is a FCC violation.

Not sure who this is but it is annoying that they continue to call me and family members.

Keeps calling everyone I know except me about wanting money before they take me to court and saying I borrowed it in 2007

Typical scam debt collector using extortion to scare you into paying.  Most likely if the dentist exist it would be past the statute of limitations and they would legally not be able to sue.

Yvonne,  Tell them to prove it, say you want a certified letter stating you owe the debt, who the original creditor was, etc.  But they will refuse.  It is illegal to threaten court action/arrest when you ask for proof of the debt.  I have been getting these calls from various numbers for 2 years now, and its all the same thing, I am either threatened with arrest, etc.

Called about a complaint filed I started asking questions about them they gave me some initial of the company started asking more about them and she got mad and said this isn't going anywhere then said have good morning and hung up.so silly but I did get the good morning.

Complaint has been filed and the next action will be a suit filed in my local court/county against me.

This number has been harassing my mother for over 3 years and I have been calling them they never pick up to extension 409 they are still harassing her till this day my mom is even scared to pick up her phone at times and they just keep saying its regarding her child support and something else she has never received child support

Michy, why, in the name of all that is holy, are you NOT blocking the number?? This could have been resolved ages ago. Talk to your phone provider about this service or buy her a call blocker device from a reputable source (Best Buy, Fry's, Amazon.com, etc.) and make this problem disappear!

I got same message as above wanting to locate someone..I think they said SSI...Told them that person does not live here and they said they would take my number off the list..

I got the same message, complaint filed against me and the next step filing paperwork with my district court will be processed... this is ridiculous!

Formal complaint against me (using my maiden name), I've been married over 9yrs. My husband and family members are getting them too for themselves. No company name nothing. When calling back, they don't give any info.
