This number is supposed to be for My Banking Direct Security Center on a Visa Debit Card. Called twice and both reps were more intent on trying to give a promotional offer and also wanted the card number and the 3 digit code on the back of the card. When trying to resolve the problem of the Visa Debit card not working on any ATM, they insisted on getting home address and charging me for shipping the promotional offer on the card.
