It's Ally calling about my car payment.

It is allied financial calling for someone named Crystal Gasman (NOT ME ) I have been receiving calls from them for 3 months.  I have spoken to numerous people, that they are calling the wrong person, been promised they would not call me anymore, I have been 100% cooperative with them until they called me today asking for my personal information. If they are looking for someone that is not me, why do they need my personal information?

Keep getting after hour voice mail on my office phone from someone named Maria who leave a message asking for a call back from "Donald Poindexter" to her office before 8pm central time. The caller ID comes up listed as: NOT PROVIDED and a spoofed number of 888-282-3139. Maria says to call 866-285-2145 extension 1181227.

I am really tired of this looney woman calling for someone named Donald Poindexter. If this guy is real, maybe she needs to find a REAL PHONE NUMBER FOR HIM, and quit calling my business office!

They called at 6am in the morning asking for my husband. Stated they were Ally. I asked what it was regarding and they told me a debt. I told them my husband would call back when he woke up. I than called Allys number on there website and they said that we were current on our loan and our next payment wouldn't be due for another 40 days. They also noted they had no idea what the number was from the people claiming to be Ally and there was no records on our account saying they called us or needed anything

Ally Auto..my payment is late.they are relentless.
