Caller said he was calling about "unresolved business with my sister prior to her passing." She died several months ago, was married, had different last name and lives halfway across the country from me.

Trying to find a deceased former neighbor's heirs.  His widow is already aware of this entity and has been warned to steer clear of it.  This is the second or third number they've used to call.
