The caller called for an Indian employee who doesnt work here anymore.  Then tried to ask "Is this Kwik-E mart?" - Hey we watch simpsons even though we are Indians. Time to lodge a complaint

Caller said they were calling "about your home depot account and wanted to setup next few months payment" and ask me for my information and what dates I wanted to set up.  Now mind you I receive a call from a collection agency every few months to set up payments however they have my information on file so I only have to give dates.  The employee kept asking me for my bank information but I insisted they should have that on file and they only need the dates from me.  As I was giving him the dates my cell phone cut off and they did not call back.

I have been receiving multiple phone calls for someone else on my business cell phone.  The caller is always rude and angry and tells me I am a liar when I tell him the phone they are dialing is a business phone and give my name.  I have demanded several times that these people stop calling my business number, but they continue to harass me illegally.  I have notified the security department at my company to look into the harassment since they refuse to stop calling me.  The next time they call, I am going to pretend like I am the person they are trying to reach so I can try to get some information on their company to report to the FCC.

I have had numerous calls from this number and they identify themselves as LTD  and they always ask for someone whom I have never heard of. When I explain to them they have called the wrong number and to please check the number again and to remove my personal cell phone number from their list they rudely tell me they know who they are calling and I need to put that person on the phone right now. I have had it with them.

Actually, the place you need to complain to is the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)  Under the Fair Credit Act, they can not call you more than once a day once the have talked to you.  They also are supposed to stop calling you if you send them a letter telling them why they need to stop calling.  Send it certified return receipt so they can't say they didn't get it. I actually have a debt with them right now, but I have called the cerdit card company & told them how rude they were to me & told them that I refuse to deal with them.  I wish I had the address with me because I would give it to you to send a letter.

I received 3 calls from 866-285-4872 tonight and finally answered the third one to stop the annoying calls.  It was a voice recording stating they had an important message for me and to call an 800 number that they gave me.  I tried to tell the person to take me off their call list but it was just a long recording so I assume my message wasn't received. I'm certainly not calling any 800 # and giving them my cell phone number.

Same guy called Yesterday (A SUNDAY!) and also today, yesterday I didn't understand his name, today I could. The Caller ID gave Unknown Name with 866 285 1186 as the number this "Johnny Mcdonald" said to call him at 866 285 4872 I don't know what company it is but it is a dang Collection agency.

When I called this number back, first of all the operator was very rude. Then when I got "supposedly" the person who was calling me, I asked why they were calling me. The person on the end of the phone call said, "You don't have to have an attitude about it. Today's not your day." and hung up on me. What a crock!!!!!

Just had a call of those people...
They didn't speak, maybe scared of my french speaking !

I have an extra cell phone that I rarely use, and missed a call from them.
I called the number and the lady said they were calling a person whom I don't know. I was polite to them and they were polite to me in return. She removed my number and appologized.
I read the posts here before calling.

I got a call from them earlier last night.  IT also happened that my wife picked up the phone and I said on the phone "I've got it dear".  For some reason, they hung up as well.  I've had this work before, just have a click generator, and say fancy words.  Yes, it was probably LTD financial, and they think I owe them money, sorry but I don't!  They used to use 800-741-2100 if you are interested.

Hello!, hello!, dead air, no one there.  Very annoying.  CALLER id SAYS "UNAVAILABLE"

I got a call from this number and I called it back and it said it was LTD and it was an attempt to collect a debt.

These are slimeballs from LTD Financial Services, who call and harass people who have nothing to do with repaying a debt someone else owes! They are deceptive and they lie. Go to the FTC website and look up how many times they have been sued by consumers. I have had to report them to the FTC, BBB in Houston, and my state's attorney general.

I got a call from 866-285-4872 at 8:15am and she told me that she was recording the call and ask if I was this person. I told her that business call start at 9am here and she said that her started already. So I hung up on her. They think that I don't know that they can't call before 9am and no calls after 9pm that is the law, and that they can't call more than 3 time per week not 7 times aday.

i had received a call from this number last night at about 7pm. i did not pick up due to i was a restaurant with my sister , anyways i had called the number back out in the parking lot and all i got was a busy signal! they did not leave a voice mail at all! i have no idea of who this phone number belongs to!

I got this call presumed to be for some one else, couple of times and when I tried calling back I get a busy tone.

No idea who called, didn't leave a message. Tried to call back & got "all circuits busy" message.  Oh well.  I don't owe anyone any money, so perhaps they mis-dialed.

These fools called me on my cell phone, which has been registered with the Federal Do Not Call List for quite some time.  If they call again, which I seriously doubt, they will get reported....Homie Don't Play That.  They better recognized and raise up!!!
