Called and said they r a law office and they r trying to help a Client settle a Clam that I owe a payday loan ...

i dont know who they are and i got a call. i couldnt even understand the message, i just got the name and number.

Saying that they want to serve me some papers.  First I received a call from Mr. Gastar (?) and then Bob.  I had this happen at the beginning of the year and it's starting up again.

Got a call at work my co-worker answered told her I was nt in, she said her name was Megan Stroll to call her back at this number regarding legal claims and that they can serve me. I was surprised that they could not give info to other people. My co-wrker sd she dialed the *69 to see what number they were calling from but it sd was marked private.

They called my work last week and left message with the operator, who then called my boss and stated that they were looking for me and would be her within the hour to serve me with legal papers.  I called the number back that was left and they stated that I owed for a payday loan and that if I didn't deal with it that they were serving me.  I told them that they should not call my place of employment and he said that they didn't call me I called them.  He was very rude.  He said his name was Jack Thompson with Black & Associates.  Unsure what they are talking about and I told him to find me and serve me and go from there cause I don't have any payday loans.

I to got this crazy phone call from Jack Thompson that's what he said from Black & Associates.
They made like they were sending legal papers for my husband. He doesn't live in the state.

Melanie Brown, who I could barely understand, called my cell and left a message about serving a Letter of Intent in LA County. She said she would be in my area from 12-4 pm today and to please have two forms of ID ready to receive the papers. I have NEVER heard of a process server announcing their arrival! Bring it on honey, I will be waiting for you to speak in person since you have no telephone skills, whatsoever.
The person she is wanting to serve is deceased! HAHAHAHA

Somebody called me and told me that i owed some money from a payday loan, they told me that i would be served some papers to go to court.

I just got the same message saying I'm going to be served today at home or at my place of employment.  Crazy...Our identity was stolen over a year ago and I am still having to deal with these relentless people!

They have called several times.  I have been told I was going to be served papers, that it's going to go to the next level, and if I don't call back by the end of the day they won't be able to help me.  But the next day they call with the same threats.  Unable to find any information on a business named James Black & Associates and the only record I can find regarding their phone number is this page.  I am guess a big Scam.

left message from a Tomas Alverez that they were a  gonna serve me at my place of resident or employment within the hour to have two forms of id available. i dont appreciate them crazy people calling my place of employment.
