Have had 3 messages left from this number. Nothing about who it is just a case number. Case number for what. 3rd call said they would not be calling again. But call was being recorded.

Same as above. Three calls. No real information. Just phishing.

Called my sister about me I called wouldn't give any info except a file number

Multiple calls in the last few days from a local number asking me to call AAC. Same as others reported... no information except a "file" number. Scam!!!

Called me and told me to call 8662857218 because they needed to confirm my address so that AAC can mail out legal documents. I asked why would I have to call a different number if you already have the documents. They were not able to tell me what the documents were about because the envelopes were sealed. I asked them why would you have my mail and not know what they were. If just sounds very suspect. If your able to give me a file number how do you not know what the file is. When I called the number back to check it goes to a voicemail right away. The phone doesn’t even ring.

This is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

I had a local number call and tell me that I needed to call phone number 866-285-7218 per legal matter and for legal documents. I asked what is it and what does it pertain to they told me they didn't know they're just a messenger. What a [***].

Got a call from AAC, from a Miguel (could hear a lot of telemarketer conversations in the back) wanting to verify my address but would tell me the address they had. Stating a legal document was sent back 15 days ago. After I asked him to verify the address, he said he spoke to my wife. I asked what number and he said it ended in 1314. I told him that's funny because I don't have a phone number ending in 1314. He then told me to call my wife and ask her. LOL. I might have been born at night, but it wasn't last night. Idiots. He then told me to call the 866-285-7218 number and give them a reference code. Yeah I don't think so. This is such a stupid scam.

This number called my son and asked him to give me the number so I could call and receive a document only I could receive and/or verify.

Definitely a scam and I should have looked at this phone number monitoring Google review first but AAC a courier service called first from a local number and said I had to call this 1-866-285-7218 to get information as to why.  Then I called said Parkwood was too busy leave a name number and ref #

Calls from Miami Ok.  When I did not answer either my cell or landline contacted my daughter.

Person from number 866-285-7218 was harassing my parents to have me call them about a file or case against me. The woman I talked to could not even pronounce my name correctly after I corrected her. She sounded half asleep. When I told her I knew this was a scam she got belligerent.

I have been receiving @ 5-7 spam risk phone calls daily. This time they left a message on my answering machine. It was from a local 980 number and the man said he was calling from "AAC" instructing me to call another phone #866-285-7218 and reference a specific case number to avoid negative action. The caller had a very strong foreign accent and I could barely understand him. I had to play back the message 3 times to decipher what he was saying. When the caller was finished talking a recording came on and said all communications are monitored and recorded for legal purposes.
I continue to block these spam risk phone numbers - but they just change the phone number on their caller ID and use a different phone number. Sure glad I have caller ID that recognizes and Identifies "SPAM RISK" phone calls.,

Caller called and left a number on my daughters phone to reach me, said they needed me to call 866-285-7218 concerning legal file documents to avoid adverse action. they left a file number on the voicemail, when you call back nothing.

Called 3 days in a row, same message,  Heavy accent,  noisy call center type background noise, lol she made sure to say "this is not a debt collection or telemarketing call.  This is AAC calling for verification and processing (of what idk lol) calling for my brother (who passed 3 years ago) 3rd call said that was the last attempt and they would be forced to move forward with his case without his consent.  Said to call the 866 number.  That number just rings about 5 times and goes to a vm that says it's Parkwood, and to leave a detailed message.
Wonder if we were all given the same "case/file" number? Lol

Mine said the same thing. I mistakenly answered the first call and they asked for my name and said they were from AAC. I seriously cannot stand that these guys get away with harassing people its unbelievable.
