French Hospital business section requesting a call back.

Called and said we had an overdue bill at French Hospital.  Would not say how much or what it was for.

We have no outstanding bills with French Hospital.

Reported him (Dan or Don Green) and the alleged hospital to the FTC Fraud unit.

Alleged caller French Hospital Medical Center but it was definitely not the local area code.  I would not give them my patient number and when a person came on line and I asked for what number I would need to call to contact the finance dept back she would only repeat that it was the number that I dialed, I asked twice for a phone number and wasn't given it.  I said I just wanted to make sure this was a legit number and she got very short and said thank you and hung up.  I do not believe that this is a call from French Hospital at all.

Said to call back with ID no the message gave

Call came but it said "private number" but a message was left on my voicemail which said to call 866-288-8054 and use areference ID K42720823. Was robocall voice and did not explain why or who I was calling. I seemed like some type of scam.

Seems like a scam; message says calling from French Hospital and leaves a number to call.  The caller ID is anonymous.  I have chosen to ignore this message.

Got a call from an undisclosed number.  Let it go to voicemail and a robotic voice said to call 866-288-8054 and reference a 9 digit "WID" number.  I did a reverse look up for that number and it says it's for Arroyo Grande Hospital.  Well, maybe it is because I'd been there in DEC.  I'm never going back there.  I hate that place.  It's like the Keystone Cops, they overcharge plus it's always torn up for remodeling. Totally AWFUL place.  I did NOT call the number back.

Arroyo Grande Hospital trying to collect on a bill that after 4 calls, 2 of which my secondary insurance rep was also on the line, and six months, they still cannot get it together to submit my secondary insurance correctly so they can be paid. Utter incompetence!

Got a call from 866 288-8054 and they left no message.  ID'd the call and says its AG Hosp. Thwey always leave a message.  Will not call this number.

Called me twice claiming to be Dignity Health in Arroyo Grande and saying I had an unpaid medical bill and knew my name. They asked if I called their number even though I had picked up their call. Their number doesn’t show up on the official website. Sounded like a foreign call center with multiple people working it.

I’ve gotten this message from that number so many times in the past 1-2months. Haven’t been to a hospital in years. Seems like a scam or spam.

“Hello this call is on behalf of dignity health business office. This call is in reference to a personal business matter. Please return our call toll-free at 800-644-0864 again please return our call toll-free at 800-6440864. If you would like to speak to a customer care representative now please press one and unavailable representative will be able to assist you thank you.…”
