Jennifer Williams called my dad to change the repayment options for my federal student loan. He din't go to college.

Received a vm from Jennifer Williams with a call back # 866-289-1991 and ref #033309 about a student loan.  Didn't call back because she didn't leave the name of where she was calling from.

I got the same number and also the same reference number... when I told them I don't have a student loan they hanged up on me. 4/24/19

Student loan scam! I bought Verizon ringback tones. I rename all the frequent scam calls to (whatever) Scam then use the Personal Operator tone that sounds professional and legit. "Your call is very important to us. Please hold and we will be with you in just a moment." It'll repeat itself over and over. So yea, call me all you want, 2 can play!!

Jennifer Williams, asked to call back 866-289-1991 with reference #03309.  The number from called ID is from Swan Creek, MI  517-436-0076.  Contacted my local Sheriff and loca townshipl Police, definitely a scam.  Be very careful.  If these people would just use the smarts for the good!

Got this same call too. I never took out a student loan however I did get a Federal Pell Grant, which is free money. May be a debt collector or some other kind of scammer trying to trick me into thinking I need to pay some money back.

oh yeah, and she gave me the same reference number  033-309. It's a scam!

Got the same call, call back number and reference number. I am a student that got financial aid but not a loan. This sounds like a scam or possibly a debt collector.
