collection agency

This is IQor Canada and it is sort of a scam. They say they are a collection agency and they may have information of an old debt of yours or someone that used to have your number, and they use this info to get your personal info which they then pass on to other telemarketers. They get around the do not call list somehow. Don't share or verify any information with them. Their agents are working from home, usually in the Philippines and they do not get any customer service training so they can be quite difficult.

I was getting calls from this number several times a day, seven days a week. I sent an email to vikas.kapoor@iqor.com (fouund it on another website) and told them to remove my number from all of their call lists immediately or I would report them to the CRTC. I received an email back saying they would investigate, and I haven't gotten a call from them since.

I just got a phone call from them but I have caller I.D. and didn't answer.  Since it said "toll-free service" I put the call number through google and found this site.

keep getting called 2/3 times a day they have 2# they r using 866-353-1260 and 866-294-1752
From what I read they r a scam I don't answer 800# ever
