Left a message about my federal student loan debt and said she had to discuss certain changes concerning my payback amount. She gave me a reference number.

I called back and a recording answered. They put me on hold to wait for a representative. They never answered thank you for calling Navient or FAFSA. I don't trust this at all. It's a scam.

Received this call from "Sharon Duncan" regarding changes to my student loan. Caller does Not identify her company. Suspect scam.

have left me 4 messages in the last couple months. Sharon Duncan is a scam. I have no student loans.

I've received this call on several occasions from Sharon Duncan and Ken for repayment of a student loan.  That's funny!  What student loan?  I'm retired.  These scams are ridiculous.  I never answer any calls that I don't recognize and I certainly don't call them back.  The ones that you have to worry about are those from any medical company wanting to help you get back, knee, etc braces or any other apparatus without having made your first doctors appointment.  You've had xrays, mri's, etc and they have your name, address, phone number, medicare information, etc.  How much did they have to pay for all this personal data?

Sharon Duncan left me a message about student loan repayment options (don't have any student loans). She left a call back # and a reference number. No company number. I believe this to be SCAM!

“Sharon Duncan” called yet again about student loan  repayment options. I never answer calls I don’t know. This is getting ridiculous.  Scam written all over it.

Received call from a Sharon Duncan.  Robo call came from 2 different numbers now.  Do not respond!!!!!!!   They don't need to call.  They send correspondence from federal offices.

Got a message from Sharon Duncan about recent changes in re-payment options. I'm currently in deferrment due to part-time in school status. I called back and spoke with "James". I gave him my reference number and told him my students loans were already paid off. He said "I'm sorry. We must have the wrong information" and hung up. Total scam

I received this message which is obviously a scam
““Yes this is Sharon Duncan I'm calling in reference to your federal student loan um I need to discuss your repayment options with some new changes that have taken place recently so if you could please be sure to give me a call back my number is 866-295-1991 and um I'm gonna go and give me a reference number if you would please give me a call when you get back that I'll just make things a lot easier your reference number is xxxxxxx thank you”

Oh, yeah...same thing...definitely some kind of scam...student loan yada yada. I've never had a student loan and if I had, it would have been about 55 years ago.

Also got same call and since I haven’t been in college for 55 years unlikely that I have a loan😛

Received this automated call from an unknown email address from "Sharon Duncan" regarding changes to my federal student loan. Gave me a this phone number and a reference number to call her back with. It's a scam, I have no student loans.

My school loans have been forgiven; I’m not returning either of Sharon Duncan’s calls.
