Message on my voicemail saying that its about paying off my student loan. I don't have a student loan. I'm 47yrs old & graduated college in '93. My loan was paid off 20 yrs ago. If you actually owe money, you will receive a bill from a reputable corporation, not a scam message!!!

Received several automated call from an unknown caller sometimes, named "Sharon Duncan" regarding changes to my federal student loan. Gave me a this phone number and a reference number to call her back with. It's a scam, I didn't go to school!

I received the same voicemail message. Didn’t call back.

Almost fell for this one since I am currently paying back a student loan. The red flag, though, came when I recieved a second message from the same woman (Sharon Duncan) with a completely different call back number and different reference number. The comments here confirm my suspicion.

Sharon duncan called asking to call her back about loan repayment changes.  Scam.

I got a voice message from a lady name Sharon regards my student loan , with a reference number that she want me to call her back . I think it is wired that someone call on Saturday morning for loans . I didn’t call back

Call from a restricted number, left a voicemail same as all the others got. I did not call them back.

Same as above, Sharron Duncan sounding very fluent and casual, calling in regards to my federal student loan, something about recent changes and needing to discuss repayment options?  "I'm going to go ahead and give you a reference #, that'll just make it easier when you call back".  Yeah right, repay your own damn student loans!!!  HA!!!

Yup, just got my second call from Sharon Duncan. Exactly one week after the first came in. I never got a call though. I just had a voicemail pop up out of the blue. Anyway, quite funny. I've never taken out a student loan. The number that it shows this calling me is hidden. So, I can't even block it. Very annoying.

A woman who identified herself as Sharon Duncan left a message that I needed to contact them about my student loan, reference number 060608, at 866-295-1991.  The caller ID was Outside Caller.  I do not and never have had a student loan. SCAM
