I got a call from this number to inform that I had a legal case and that I needed to call back with a case number they gave me. They wanted to know my social security number.  When I called again, I got an answering machine to report that it is not a working number.

Received a call from this number and thet gave me a case number and said I owed a large amount of money, stated I had no such debt.

Called, wanted to serve papers,  saying they were process servers. When questioned, by me (I have many years of legal experience (62-1) Trial victories. They gave all the wrong answers. They really don't understand the legal system and DUE PROCESS. They are scammers. Watch Out.

Collection Agents  call you, the  Debtor claiming to be wanting to serve you with LAWSUIT PAPERS,
from a PHONEY LAWSUIT in the next 48 hours. Call them back immediately.
This Collection Agency, EFA is Unlicensed to do Business in 49 states. EFA has Refused to be Licensed, Bonded and Insured in 49 States.
Federal Law requires "DUE PROCESS" in Collection activities, Collector must furnish Debtor with a written copy of an ASSIGNMENT of DEBT, to establish a relationship, a contract in writing between the
ORIGINAL CREDITOR and the COLLECTOR.
All Lawsuits must be handled by a Licensed Attorney in each State. each Attorney is required to give You the Debtor, 30 Days Written Notice, explaining all the facts, before filing a Lawsuit against the Debtor.
Executive Filing Agency ignores this step of DUE PROCESS and Violates The Federal Laws. Should
you be contacted by EFA, contact your State Attorney General for Unlicensed Activity, or The Federal Trade Commision , for Fraud and Harrassement.

I Would like to thank you and your team for helping me clear up my debt. It was my own fault i got into this mess after all, But it was you who made it clear that it wasnt worth 2500 in court fees for 1000 credit card, and settled for a one time payment to clear the air. Thank you especially Jack T.

Frank Rizzo, you may have gotten scammed if you settled with these bozos (if indeed your post is even legit).
