    Woman had a thick accent and was hard to understand, but what I got was the call was directed to my husband and that they would come after him at his place of employment and home and if he didn't resolve this matter now he was giving up his right to settle later.  They gave a case number to refer to when he called back.

    You give up NOTHING by not returning the call.  That is a typical scare tactic for a bottom feeder.  Phone calls are not considered to be an official notification of debt.
