- meccas_girlKeep calling my daughter's cell phone. Sometimes within half hour of each other. It was a recording from Sirius. I got ahold of someone there, they said that someone whose name I did not recognize had an account with them. They removed my daughter's phone numnber from thier service.

- vailsooner| 1 replythis is a scam. they left this number at my office and when i called, they wouldn't tell me who they were trying to reach. only that someone at the number had sirius service (and only I have service with sirius) and that the payment was past due. When I told them that my service was free for a year with my new car and that I was turning them in to the Attorney General for violating the nocall, they informed me that I was dumb enough to provide my work phone as the contact (which I would never have done) and that they had every right to call me (even though the service is NOT in my name, yet they confirmed finally that it was me they were trying to reach!
- Dave replies to vailsoonerThat's not a violation of the no-call: if you have Sirius, whether or not it's free with your car, you have a business relationship with them.
It's *not* a scam: you're a Sirius customer whether or not you're paying for it. - philly1I have also received NUMEROUS calls from that number on my cell phone... I have never had Sirrius service. Twice I have answered the call and told the caller that. They always say they'll fix it in their calling database, but then a few weeks later I get the same call. Lately, I've gotten automated calls from that number saying I should call and update my credit card information. I'm pretty sure this is some sort of scam. I just emailed Sirrius directly to check it out. I also checked my credit to make sure no one had opened a Sirrius account using my info and there was nothing there.
- Caller: Sirrius (supposedly)
- philly1Here's the response I got to my email to Sirrius. Apparently, this really is their number... they're just not very good at updating their database.

- KatSirius your customer service stinks! I called Sirius to explain to them that my new cell phone number no longer belonged to the customer they were looking for. They told me they would remove the number from the custmor's contact information. But sure enough, I got another call 2 days later that said hit 0 to update your account, so I did, I was placed on hold for over 2 minutes. So I tried the number that TRAVIS has listed here. Guess what...all automated...I ended up saying I have an account, simply entered my phone number and changed the customer's contact number to a business number...HAVE FUN SIRIUS...I SUGGEST YOU ALL DO THE SAME...LET SIRIUS HARASS SOMEONE ELSE....SERIOUSLY...I suggest you enter SIRIUS's number in the customer contact number...let them call themselves and have a field day!!!!!

- SeriusStockholderFormer&FutureCustomer| 1 replyyes serius sucks at updating their database. I have had the service off and on for years. The good thing about that is that I have twice canceled the account and gotten free service for a year because they didn't turn off the radio lol

- marythis number is appearing on my "new" cell phone--no messages left ---calling several times a time morning thru nite.
- Jim H replies to SeriusStockholderFormer&FutureCustomerBe careful. These turkeys are known to use every gadget known to extract a buck from you. I too cancelled and they continued the service without my permission. Two month later they started calling demanding payment for service I never ordered. These people a crooks!
- johnny DHow can this company get away with this? If you make the mistake of subscribing they think they own you and have access to your credit card for life. You have to make the extra effort to call them and explicitly demand to make no further charges to your account. One year later, you are expected to make another call and explicitly request them to stop service. You better do it before the subscription ends or you will start getting these endless phone calls demanding payment. All while somebody else is enjoying your service. Oh! but press 2 and they will reactivate the service. I sold the car 6 months ago and completely forgot about Sirius. That cost me $50 bucks just to get them to stop calling. Sirious Sucks!!!!!!!

- Buffalo Bob| 1 replyYa Sirius sucks. I was one of their original customers. I had a 4 digit account number and the first 2 numbers were zero. Back then we could pay with only a check, and i have kept my account that way over the years, refusing to give them my credit card information. Over the years the service decreased and the service fees increased. I tried to cancel my service about 2 years ago when I found out they were trying to charge me royalty fees and they were paying Howard Stern over 900 million over 10 years. Screw that. I not paying for that c@#ksucker anything, and I dont pay royalty fees on anything I can get for free elsewhere. I can listen to or download free music on my cell (pandora) or burn a CD on my laptop of all the music downloads I have on there (legalsounds.com). So after getting their customer service to do backflips about 3 times to keep me as a customer, they gave me a years service for $10.00. I stopped listening about 6 months ago and the radio hasn't been turned on since. I no longer drive cross-country, tired of their endless tirade of commercials and just not happy with their programming and/or program talent of late.
Whoa and behold, they called my cell twice yesterday & twice today, begging for payment on my overdue account. No messages left. Ah go fly a kite!!! Ooh turn off my radio, do me a favor.- Caller: supposedly Sirius Satellite Collections
