    Fake invoice scam.  This number will connect you to Indian scammers who will "process" your refund by getting you to "download" the "refund form", by getting you to go to a website and download remote control software, then telling you the special codes needed for them to get access to your PC are refund confirmation numbers.  Once on your PC they will download your information and also try to get you to log onto your online banking account to verify the refund showed up (while they watch and collect your password).
