Called for formal complaint??!! What or who is this!?

Got a called that about a formal complaint creepy voice, what's this??

I got a called of a formal complain and I called back and a lady answer and she hung up when I started talking.. what is a formal complain? is this a scam?

Called left no message.  Blocked number don't answer number I don't know.  Must be day for dead beat scammers got call ten minutes before from 866-232-7419

I have received several calls from this number (866)896-8164 and stated they need to speak to them immediately and call them back at this number (866) 303-6910

Today (4/6/17) received a second phone call from these people claiming to have a "formal complaint" against me...the heavy voice started, then a computerized voice stated my name..must call back immediately.  What was also strange is that if a TRUE complaint is made against you, proper procedure would to send something to you by US Mail..not creepy phone calls.  Also note that the creep on the other end of the phone NEVER states what company he is calling from or any other identifying information.  Just for kicks, I called the number back and a recording picks up stating to dial zero to be connected to an operator...again, NO information as to where you are calling.....I have reported the number as a nuisance phone call and blocked it on my cell phone.

Granddaughter received a call from 866-303-6910 late at night asking for me ..they told her if I knew where I was and she didn't tell them..she would be in trouble. .I called the number several times..no one available.

Got a call from this number in a disguised voice, trided to talk to the person , they talked over me in a threatening manner! Beware

This number called me saying the same thing, except in regards to the prior owner. I called them back and said it was no longer their number. In other words, they said they'd take the appropriate procedures to not contact me again. They called again today and an "error" occurred where I couldn't speak to someone to yet again repeat myself. Literally, a couple of hours later they called me again. I called back, spoke to the same crotchety lady, gave my phone number and repeated myself once again. I don't know who they are but they seem shady.

Have called multiple times to say there was a complaint has been made. Can not call back to talk to a person. Get an error message recording. Always a computer voice.

calls my family members looking for me saying to call back there is a formal complaint against me i have had this problem for a couple of years who ever it is will not give up trying to scam me. every 4 or 5 months they try this scam

I get a similar phone call, but I have no idea who they are looking for. Checked my missed calls and got like 20 from this number.

Our office at City Hall has received this call repeatedly for three days stating that a formal complaint has been filed against a former employee.

When you call the automated system asks you to enter an extension or to press "0". The scanner answer as "CSF". Once you speak to the scammer, he/she will look up your number to verify your name. I called all numbers and the same five people would answer, which at a legitimate call center you would not ever receive the same representative. The scammer will tell you that you owe money and they are trying to collect debt from you.

These idiots have called me, my parents, and my niece. How can we make it stop? I've blocked all of the numbers I can.

As for stopping the calls, it is best not to answer calls from numbers you do not recognize where possible.  Answering the calls let the scammer your number is working and will result in more junk calls.  It is good that you are using a call blocker.  While not fool proof, they can help cut down on junk calls.  Thank you for posting here and your post will help others.

The 7419 number is also the same caller.... I got calls for on both numbers too
