Called left message saying have an important matter and to call us back at 866-303-9408 to resolve this mattee

A legitimate company clearly knows that calling more than 3 times in one day is against the law yet I received over 10 calls per day over a period of a week and have phone records to prove it. Any debt they think I may owe is well over the statute of limitations from my state which a legitimate company should also know!  They need to do their due diligence to verify/confirm if debt is valid instead of harassing people into thinking they need to hand over their hard earned $$$!  Last but not least, why haven't you mailed me written notice of debt you think your calling about, costs to much????  Hmm.

Will be sending a nice cease and desist letter once I find them.

Number belongs to Apex National Services collection agency.  They are a fraudulent agency trying to collect on fraudulent loans. They break every collection law.  DO NOT speak with them and DO NOT give them your money.  Even their website is fraud. The address is a hotel in Atlanta.

Received a call from this number saying this call is for ( did not give a name) then said it was for account xxxxxxxxxx, I never had such an account. then proceeded to say I needed to contact them right away or the agreement we had was void and they would pursue other actions or something to that affect. I checked the number and see scam written all over it. it was all a recorded message as I did not answer the call.

Says they are American Credit Adjusters, saying that I have not kept up with payment agreements. Don't even say what "client" they are referring to. Phone number 217-615-1470 comes up on caller ID, but 866-303-9408 is the number they say to call back. Not even a human on the phone.

Recorded messages keep saying they will debit my bank account if I don't pay up within 2 days.

Original caller id 239-307-5069. Recorded msg"call 800-303-9408 by 8pmET. Press 0 speak to resolution specialist. Hello this is a courtesy call from ????(unintelligible) file #400585 scheduled payment in 2 days disregard if no problem with your payment. What's missing here is key info as to who, what, when, where & why. As soon as this msg completed caller is 4ever blocked from my existence.

I got the same call! The original number I got was from 210-622-8160.  Same thing though...call from - file number - 2 days payment.  Provided number to call back to: 866 - 303 -9408.

Got another call from them this morning at work...
Automated machine, ANS, 229.231.3393 on caller ID, going to debit acct. tomorrow, call back # 866.303.9408...scam!

Automated machine called to inform me that my account will be debited in two days. If there was an issue with my payment
I should call # (886)303-9408. Call came from # (262) 297-6398.

Stop these bothersome people!  They muffle the name of the company; it almost sounds like IRS but it's LNS or Liness!

Got a call originally from 210-622-8160 automated about a file case #. Money would be withdrawn from my account per our agreement or call 866-303-9408 to speak with a representative.  Perry was his name this time it was Rocky or Rambo last time.  Never have I heard a collection agency calling people smartasses and hanging up. Happened twice now. I had the debt but I have the letter to prove my debt has been cleared. Do not fall for it!!

I have received 10+ calls from this number in a week. They call me from +12092658638 and it's an automated message saying money will be debited from my account within two days if I don't call. Then it gives me (866) 303-9408 to call. I called and they were so unprofessional, yelling at me, cursing. They couldn't even tell me what debt they were trying to collect. Total scam.

Got a message stating funds will be debited from my bank account in 48 hours.

Exactly the same conversations I had with so called " Mr. Jones"!!!!! Dahhhhhhhh!!!
But I got scared when he stated his profession is a lawyer which is not never true, so guys whoever receive this,it is a scam mostlikely done by JAMAICANS as my lawyer said! IGNORE IT!

I had the same treat and they called me by a different name saying that was the name on their caller ID.  They called me so what caller ID?

Original call came from 252-251-0744, same thing as everyone else- automated message telling me that my money will be "taken out of account in 2 days", which is BS in itself, because that's what the message said yesterday and the day before that.  I pressed 0 to talk to a "representative" who had some of my info and said that I owe money to some payday loan place, and I don't!  Think that my info was stolen or sold to them, and now they harass me daily via phone!  I told that guy that he has no legal right to keep calling me, but he said something like "I'll keep calling you as much as I want to" and hung up.   Definitely a scam.  Even if you owe some debts, these would not be the people to pay.

Have received multiple automated calls from unintelligibly mumbled company name saying funds will be withdrawn from my account for file #954777 if I don't call back at 866-303-9408. I always screen calls from #s I don't recognize. I check them out online if there's anything fishy. This one was a fairly obvious stinker!
