- Jeff| 3 repliesGot a letter saying I won two free airline tickets from an airline that doesn't exist US AIRLINES!!! The real airline is US Airways. There was no return address only a postage mark from Phoenix AZ. Signed by Christine Hay Vice President. Had a form code of GN-10781. Total bogus, if you get one of these I wouldn't call them from any phone number you care about.
Certainly a scam or some debt collection agency looking for one of my family members.- Caller: US Airlines
- MarcSame thing.
None of my family have any debt so it must be a scam.- Caller: US Airlines
- anonymous| 1 replyGot one too! Immediately googled the number and got this website. Thanks for the confirmation! Same Vice President and a GN code also. These people need to be prosecuted to the fullest!
- Caller: US Airlines
- Blank| 1 replyTotal scam, glad this site was my first hit on google

- B| 1 replyJust got one too. Originally thought it was a legit letter as the envelope was hand written. Same thing, Christine Hay, postmarked AZ. I wouldn't even think of calling. Has scam written all over it.
- Caller: US Airlines
- Sandi replies to BI got two of the same letter, signed by Christine Hay, also postmarked from Phoenix in a hand-written envelope. Luckily I checked on line first before anything else. I love a bargain, but it just looked wrong!
- AngryI really am pissed off that my name and address is so available to people out there. Makes me so upset. Some person whose name isn't really even really Christine Hay is sending all this crap mail out there.
there even is youtube video "us airlines - Christine Hay". Posted on April 17th, 2012. What a coincidence eh? Funny thing is that username acct that posted that video is "USAilinesTravelGuide" even "airlines" is misspelled! Goodness sake. This person is stupid.- Caller: Us Airways?
- SandraGot one of these letters too. I was going to reply, but not after reading all of these comments. Of course I want free airline tickets, but dont want to talk to a scammer. Thanks.
- FrankGot one of these too. Obviously a scam.

- SameGot one here also.
TOTAL SCAM- Caller: US Airlines
- Mike Veto replies to JeffI think its comcast selling our numbers and addresses to people. The name used on the letter is only available to comcast all other accounts and billing information is on my name or one of my roommates. This is total BS that they are allowed to give away our private numbers and addresses and obviously aren't checking who they give it to since this is obviously scam artist.
- Kathy replies to JeffHi, got one too from Christine Hay. Phone # to call was 866-287-2898. A hoax I'm sure.
- MikeI also got the message to my address in MA
same Christine Hay and this was the first google hit when i entered the phone number

Filed the complaint with the postal inspectors from the link above. Thanks everyone!- Caller: US Airlines
- Another Jeff replies to JeffYes, I received the same letter today (In fact I think I have received them before, but discarded them). Said the retail value of the 2 free, roundtrip airline tickets was $,1298.00, with certain restrictions. The letter also said that several attempts have been made to contact me without success and that this was the last attempt. I certainly smelled a rat and decided to do a search just on Christine Hays (Vice President) and US Airlines. This website came up. So steer clear of these bogus letters. No return address. Postmark from Phoenix. The number to call in the letter was 866-294-2411.
- IndyPTI live South of Indianapolis. Received the ‘US Airlines’ letter from Christine Hay, Vice President- today. Hand Signature in pen, blue ink. Phone # 1-866-294-2411. Handwritten blue ink on envelope.
Note: I do not have a Facebook page/account.
I filed a complaint with US Postal Inspectors, I suggest all do the same, link to the post office website if here…
