Black, male left voice message; stated he was with Douglas County and that there was several complaints filed against a person (not my name, but used my last name) involving several different matters.   Said they would be filing legal paperwork with the County Courts and that this person had been officially notified.  Said this person has a legal right to something.....gave this number and referenced a legal case number beginning with BCMxxxxx.

I got the same exact message.

I got a phone call from Nancy Smith stating that she was from Franklin County calling about a person who listed my name and number in their legal documents as the point of contact regarding a formal complaint filed this morning about the client (not my name). They gave me a phone number, 1-866-304-0018 and a legal case number starting with BCMxxxxx.
