**FYI** This call is from a unscrupulous debt collector who has many complaints filed against them trying to collect SOL debts Out of State and sending letters of debts to wrong address's. This is one of their locations that you have to websearch to find after filling complaint with the FTC DNC they finally left a message that states since this is TAX REFUND SEASON you are eligible for a Tax Refund Offer then right before message ends they ssy Oh by the way it's Financial Recovery Svcs a Debt collector.

This call is from MRS Associates - rated as 1 of the top 5 worst debt collectors in America.  For the past few months, they call and call and call - and CALL.  At all times of the day and have left a message three times stating that an important business matter came across their desk and it was "very important" that I call them back.  ALSO:  They call from many different numbers. I have counted about 8 total from local prefixes near me to national toll free.  I work in telecom and was able to find out and verify that it was indeed MRS Associates.  Their corporate HQ is in Cherry Hill, NJ by the way and they ignore cease and desist letters.

They keep calling I called back and it says it's an attorney for a debt Collector.  BS.  They didn't give me any info and I gave them nothing......this has to stop....

When I callled this number back it said it was a law office???

I called back and I asked for supporting documents.  They said that they had no info on hand.  I told them that until I have it I will not speak to them.  They said it would take 30 to 90 days.

I just called and they were looking for someone with my maiden name and a different first name who lived at a different address. They removed my name from their list -- thank Goodness, I was getting calls almost every day.

SO WILL TURN RINGER OFF ON FAX AND THEY CAN CALL TILL THE BOOGIE MAN GETS THEM
