They had a third party call me and my family members from an unknown number, they said a firm l(Bachman LLC) had a complaint against me, every time I called this so called Firm that don’t acknowledge the Firm’s name when I called, immediately went to a voicemail and stated the person at ext. is unavailable and to leave a message.! Bachman and Associates appears to be a real estate business in Delaware.

They called my husband and used my maiden name from over 30 yrs ago when I got married Scam be aware

Called for "Lisa York" said they were from a law firm and it was urgent to call back. I didn't call back as that is not my name so I dont know what they would have said. Voicemail clearly showed he was reading off a paper as he kept having to pause what he was saying to figure out what he was trying to say.

"Unknown Number" called my sister, and asked to speak to either me or my mother, who has been dead for two years. She got angry and hung up. Then seconds later, I got a call from "Private Number" -- which I did not answer -- and the voice mail message said he was "Rudy from National Processing" and he wanted me to call this number and reference a "case number" because there was an "action being taken against me."

Called me from "restricted" number asking for my partner. Didn't say their firm's name, but that there were "calling in reference to a complaint" that had been filed against [my partner's name] and "...pending action that the court are filing against you..." and the rest was all very menacing. I told them that if they were really calling from the court system or a law firm, they would have the correct number and I hung up. They called back, went to voice mail. Called other members of my family with the same threatening message. What a scam!

Scam. Beware.

I checked my voicemail and the man said that (my x husband that's past away several years now not saying names ) needs to get ahold of them before they start proceeding and it's urgent to call back and left a case number.  And to call 866-304-0910
