She is definitely a scammer. Didn't state what agency she was with. She acted like we talked previously, and the place I have loans with wouldn't call me to begin with. They send notices either through email or regular mail or a message on my account on their site. I have to request what she stated anyway. So that really let me know she wasn't who she was. And another thing I noticed was that the number she called from was from Nevada and my student loan agency isn't from that area. Definitely do NOT call this number back.

So I called the number Kimberly Taylor left for me (from my office phone) - mostly to harass her for calling when I graduated over 30 years ago and definitely don't have student loans.  The number doesn't even connect, so if you wanted to call back, you can't.  Number showed up on my home phone as something else.

I just received a call from Kimberly Taylor phone number 866 304 1717 call coming from selbville Deleware phony balony gave me a call back number of 302 988 0308 and a phony #088803 Deleware regarding a student loan.  These people never give up and are probably successful in some case in why they continue to do this and the state of Delaware allows these kinds of grifters to exist Deleware is a devils den of scammers. This chick is being paid to do this and bad people are behind this.
Do not call this individual back.  That's my opinion.  theivery  and robbery of scammers is running rampant in this country beware usually if you have a loan that is behind or there is a problem you will get a letter from your lender.  IGNORE this person

Caller ID and number left in the voicemail do not match. The voicemail said "Yes! This is Kimberly Taylor calling in reference to your federal student loan. I need to discuss some repayment options with changes that have taken effect recently. Please give me a call back at 866-304-1717. Oh! And I'm gonna go ahead and give you a reference number, if you'd have this handy, it makes things a lot easier. Your reference number is 088803. Thank you."

Yup, same as everyone else - voicemail left from Kimberly Taylor, gave me a reference number, said she wanted to discuss options for my federal loans. I have some, but she didn't identify where she was calling from and the federal loans always send me secure messages via their website for every tiny thing. Very sincere sounding, though.

I received a call from Kimberly Taylor the other day talking about my student loans and new changes for repayment. She gave me a reference #. I am due to start paying off these loans but was suspicious when she didn't state what company she was with. So as usual I googled the number. I won't be calling her back.
