Just got the same call as HDP and D. Welch, Kim Taylor about a Federal Student Loan and left a reference # too.  The number on my CID was Unavailable 484-601-1209.  I don't have any student loans.

Same here,  Kim Taylor about a Federal Student Loan and left a reference # too.  Don't have student loans.  I'm in the northeast.  I did NOT call them so this couldn't be a call back. I had cleared my CID before hearing the msg.   My guess is there are colleges (like in PA) that payment plans are DUE June 1.  If this is a scam they are attempting to take advantage of that fact, catching off guard the students filing at the last minute.

Also got this call yesterday.  Difference is, we actually do have a Federal Student loan.  However, I was suspicious right off the bat because although she sounded very sincere & legit on the VM, she didn't identify who she was with or worked for = SCAMMER!!!

Rec'd the same call saying she was calling about my student loan (which I don't have). A legit call would have given the name of the person that she was looking for.
