Due to a 3rd party app your iPad IOS is crashed

sssshowd up on my ipad and canot get rid of it.

I went to My 'settings' then 'advanced' then 'website data' then remove all website data......and now my internet works....

Looks like it is a scam,

I got the same message. I called and accused the the person who answered of being a scammer. After several attempts by him to sell me new software (he pretended to work for Apple) I threatened to call the police. He finally relented and told me to clear search and website data which cleared the problem. He then told me it would only work for 1 week and then the problem would be back.

I got the same message as well.  When I called, and after a few minutes of conversation, I determined I was being scammed....
