Recieved a robo call from NCW (National Credit Works)requesting info on former family member, when we called back to talk to a live person to find out why they had our number, the individual who answered didn't want to listen to what my wife was saying told her to be quiet and referred to her as a "cantankerous B". When she asked what he meant he said look it up in a dictionary and promptly hung up. A subsequent call to a female agent/employee resulted in nearly the same, she said our number would be removed from thier data base, threatened to file harrassment charges if we called back, then hung up. I called back using a different line and talked to someone who said that our # had been removed.
