The number is one of the numbers provided by "SpoofCard"

I get calls from this number at 2am, 3am, 4am, 5am, and more recently 6:13 everyday - for the past year! The caller never says anything, but I know someone is there!  When I answer they'll stay on the line for about 30sec. hang-up and then proceed to call back using the same number or a variety of different numbers!

Does anyone have any information on who is using this phone#? I have a feeling I know who it is but I want proof.

I keep getting harassing calls from this #. I think they are from my ex-husband.

THis is a spoof line for skiptracers and Law Enforcement  but of course some of the wrong people have been able to infilitrate and use it for all the wrong reasons

I just recvd a call from this number and it asked me to press one to be connected to my caller and I did and it transferred me to my ex-boyfriends number.  What is this phone number?

I've been getting calls from this same number 866-304-8880. I've never been able to figure out who's been pranking me, although I've always had a hunch. Can you just tell me your exboyriends initials.  Maybe we have something to link him too.

Getting a phone call at 1:45 am NOT FUNNY Especially when you have loved ones who could be in trouble such as a car wreck or an elderly parent having trouble. NOT FUNNY ... Does anyone know what business this is? They need to be reported.......

i keep getting these freakin calls and it's really annoying not sure who or why this is happening but srsly what a rotten piece of $hit they are

Tryed a test for caller id spoofing and now there calling me from that number! Never leaves a message!

i answered my phone, and i pressed 1 to connect to my caller, and it was 911. I explained to them that i was connected to them and i had not dialed 911.

Received calls from this number on 12/24/2008 at 12:24am, 3:44am, and 3:45am.  We have no dealings with this spoof caller and want no more contact from them.

Got a call 12-27-08 12:50am.  I was pissed so I answered the phone expecting to be able to tell them to take us off their list.  I said "Hello" and got a beep back in my ear and then it said to press 1 to be connected to the caller or something like that.  I hung up of course and have NO CLUE who would be pranking me if that's what this is.  
I hope that others can provide more info on this...
