Totally Bogus.
Dude called, said he was "Richard Lombardi"
Tried to tell us they were a disconnection service and that they were shutting down our business' electrical. We called them out on being Bullsh*t. They hung up on us.
Reported them to local authorities, of course.

This number was also used in Portland, Oregon on a utility scam in May, 2014.  Please have your law enforcement agency contact me at 503-464-8602 for more information about this group who are calling numerous utility customers throughout the U.S.

Just had a local business owner report having this number contact him and attempt to do the "utility scam" in New Buffalo, Michigan.  6-19-14
