    Automated voicemail left asking that I call back ASAP “to discuss an urgent banking matter”.
    Proceeded to call back, reached their voicemail service stating “nobody’s can take my call, please leave a message.
    I called CIBC customer service to ask why I received this since it sounded very similar to a message I got a long time ago when I accidentally missed a payment? The agent confirmed my payments were up to date and either could or would not verify the number that called me. The agent said that she could not see an obvious reason why I got the call.
    Very strange and concerning both.
