I got a fax to call this number for affordable health insurance rates in Florida.  When I called the number, the girl said the name of the company was "Insurance & Benefits".  When I started to ask another question, she hung up.  Sounds like a scam to me.  People who are legit try to get your business and don't hang up when you ask questions about their product.

Caller ID showed from 81 234-5678  (yes 1 number missing, and notice “1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8”)

With unimaginable low prices and no co-pay.  HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
There is NO company name on fax nor an office address, let alone even a state, or any contact information what so ever except for the 866 call back number.  IF they were truly an insurance broker, they’d have their broker name & address on this fax.  They wouldn’t want to spend all this money for calls and not tell us who they are.  It’s like paying to advertise your business and not giving any information of who you are.  Stupid.  Quit wasting my fax paper and ink you jerks.

I called the number but when I asked for information to be e-mailed to me all I got was an application. I e-mailed back and got NOTHING back!! SCAM!!!!!!
