called on my cell looking for someone else - gave partial PPI on this person.  J & J Legal Services for money owed to State of Nevada

Calling for zombie debts that are outside of statutes and no longer legally enforceable. They will threaten you and say anything to try to get you to pay, but in general a debt older than 7 years -  is their loss and their problem for buying an old debt portfolio.

Called today about a debt from 2004.....17 years old!!!  Saying they would garnish my wages and good luck in court.

Called about a debt that was paid off in full back in 2016 saying it’s still open. Told them I have a paid in full statement and I’d be happy to send it to them. Woman responded with “see you in court”.

They called said they were from J and J Attorney. They had my address, last 4 of my ss, and legal name. They said that a process server by the name Nick Baxter would be at my address to serve me legal documents for small claims court.

Woman calling about a debt that was not ours.  Stated she'd see me in court.

Keeps calling over and over non stop

Gave out someone's birthday address and last 4 off social and said he is being served I hung up but they keep calling

Said they were J and J attorneys and need to send court papers for a court summons. Threatened that if I was deliberately avoiding them that further action would be taken

Called me and refused to say who she was and said I was refusing to verify myself,  but I did verify prior last name. She said so you are refusing to identify yourself,  we will have papers served and see you in court.  Knew my last name,  address and prior address.  8663131621 and 8332322991 were the numbers shes called from today

They called and left a message saying they are trying to find my address to serve me papers.  Ummm. If I owed something to someone, they would have that information or can obtain it using my social.  This seems to be a scan and it seems all if our complaints started in June.  Very fishy.  I have reported all the phone numbers they call from and also give to the ftc.  I think if we all report them,. This might stop this fraud and scam

Call my cell phone from 5023852887. Lady didn't state her name but she told me that she was calling from J&J Legal services. then proceeded to say that she has been trying to contact me and see me in court. Not even 5 minutes later, she called my job phone and asked to speak to HR. I asked again what was this for and she still didn't five no info.

Called left a voicemail to collect a debt

Received a call from this number today. Had my last for of SSN, name, address and previous employer. All 3 reps that I briefly spoke with were all rude! Assumed I was speaking with someone else because I placed them on mute.  People still work.

They said it was about a payday loan that was taken out when I worked for my previous employer. I never took out a payday loan! They would not let me speak and just kept getting louder and before I ended the call she said 'We will see you in court!'

They also stated that they will garnish my wages.
