Calling to say a formal complaint has been filed against me either at my home address or employer.  I should call back immediately or further legal action will be taken.

That's exactly what I've said!!! I do believe this is a scan he only said his name was Sean Reynolds but never said what  company he was from

Same garbage y'all heard.  Some loan I supposedly didn't pay back from 2012.  Lmao!

I called back and the person who asked said "did you receive a phone call?" and I said "yes" which now has me concerned because of that scam going around where you're not supposed to say "yes" into the phone.  Ugh.  I hate these people.

Oh, then I called back AGAIN and said I received a call but the supposed complainant was someone I'd never heard of. He hung up on me.

The message Robin left was "legal action is being taken on and address on Rutger Ave, the two phone numbers she referenced were not any of mine nor do I live on rutger ave. I called back from another phone and asked for Robin. They put me on hold. She was very threatening on the recording.

Same thing, a complaint against my home address or work etc.....I don't even call these kind of calls back. If someone wanted to legit contact me it would be through snail mail. It's such BS that people get away with this crap!!!

I received a call from this number this morning and they want to talk to my son.  My son has not lived here for 12 years.  I have gotten these calls every year for the last 3 years.  My son did call them back and demanded visible proof of the debt they said he owed. They got really nasty with him . They never give you any proof of your debt ,,they never come to your house or place of employment.

Same call from Robin, complaint filed at 2 phone numbers did not recognize. Call back as soon as I can. Not calling back as I have no complaints. I am so tired of these calls that I am going to get rid of my landline.

I got the same message from robin patton. Ive gotten several of these within 6 months. I dont call back.
