This is FRAUD - DO NOT GIVE YOUR HOME ADDRESS !

Block number immediately and if they keep contacting you contact Law Enforcement.

They call several times a day claiming they are a law firm trying to collect a debt against my property.

The message mentioned my relative by name and identified herself as Sonya Ramirez and the phone came from 928-216-3349. Even mentioned Title 19 section 501 which if it was regarding that there would be written notice at the address on file. Potential scam

They threatened me with serving me and then when I asked them to prove it was me, she wasn’t interested and kept screaming that it was my bill, I’m trying to evade, etc and they called me shady because I wouldn’t admit it. The funny thing is I haven’t had that type of debt ever in my life and the address they kept screaming out I haven’t lived at in 4 years, so they must definitely do not have the right information. If this company is a debt collector they sure do a great job of bullying.

This is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

Received this voicemail today 8/8/23. The phone did not even ring. We have no outstanding debt with anyone, so I don't  know why I got this call. Here is the voice message converted to text. "Listen closely to this message call is intended for Paula and Michael Blanchet regarding case 2023 dash 344100. My name is Melanie Gomez I'm calling with the process service division legal documents are due to be finalized and dispatched out today. If any changes need to be made or if you need more information contact the issuing firm at 866-313-3922 and reference your case number feeling(?) to contact or comply will be documented as an aviation(?) of service. You have been notified."

I also received a call and can hear in the background other callers being told the same script.  The caller could not advise me of the company name attempting to sue.  They called my work phone and provided a number to call and case number to reference.  I am going to call to see if this is legitimate without providing any additional information they will need to provide what they have and letter will need to be received before any actions on my part are to be performed.

Unknown number called me yesterday 8/10/2023 and told me they were a process server for my county. I asked what's this about, she gave me this 866-313-3922 (this is a different number than this thread is about, but close and same situation) and "case" number to call.  I called my county civil circuit and civil district court so they could look up the "case" number, it wasn't even close to the numbers they use for cases. She did a name search, nothing found, of course.  Then UNKNOWN number called me again today and told me that it has been kicked back to her and red flagged.  I asked what that means.  She said because I was supposed to call the law firm to get information.  I said "well miss unknown number, how do you want to explain this" and I told her I had contacted the court.  She said she would just mark it as me evading. I said "I'm not evading anything, I'm here all day, please come serve me."  She hung up in my ear. I have reported to the FCC complaint line.
