They call with blocked number and leave a message telling me to call them back at 866-313-3472 . In the voice mails they ILLEGALLY state that they are with a process server trying to serve me legal documents and if I don’t call them back that it’s evasion . Process servers don’t do that ! Lol
They rattle off the supposed case numbers . FAKE ! I checked our public court records and there are no pending court cases open on me .
It’s against the FDCP to use scare tactics like this with deception. Any debts I would have had have been time barred for years so the new companies that purchased debts cannot take them to court . If I get a real company name since they didn’t leave one I will turn them in and sue them for each message I’m saving and I will probably get more than any small card I had from years ago . If anyone does get through and figure out the company please let us know so I can prosecute them
