Fake 'mediation' agency claiming you have past due bills that require immediate payment. They are nothing but liars and scammers. DON'T RETURN THEIR PHONE CALLS!!

Call me about a loan I have no idea about. Ask if I had a lawyer and proceed to tell me I own $9000. When I told them I will get a lawyer then they cut me short. Reporting them to Attorney General.

Sounds important but its not.  Do not answer do not call back, even if they threaten to take you to court.  SCAMMERS

Received 2 calls rom Christopher hall within about 10 minutes. 2 different names were given for the people who were threatened with subpoenas.
One qas my name and they had the correct last 4 digits of my social security number. From 2 different numbers as well. I called both the number the call was made from (8333670510) as well as the number I was told to call back (8663133652). Only got voice-mail message.  Said it was the office of Vanessa,  couldn't understand her last name, and Diana Solano.

I'm reaching out to Lucy to make you aware of a complaint that is in the process of being filed against your name for further details on this matter, before submitted out to the county court you need to speak with a mediator by the name of Vanessa Tovar her contact number is 866-313-3652 case number that will need to be referenced is M as in Mary 5882266 If they do fail to hear from you the next step would be to submit you with the court at either your place of employment or residence and after that Vanessa Tovar will no longer be able to assist you once again for further details Lucy you can speak with a Vanessa Tovar at 866-313-3652 case number is M5882266

That’s the voicemail they left. Which is clearly a scam, I only have 2 debts and no criminal record.

Called the number back. They answer phone “mediation” no company name or nothing. Asked for company name and would not provide. I hung up. They called back about some garbage of a file placed against me that’s going to court. Good luck with that. The last name they asked for was changed 9 years ago. Complete scam.
