Got a call from this company, S&M Asscociates..attempt to deliver legal documents???

I also got a call saying they were sending legal documents  to me at my address and that if I wasn't there there would be a warrant for my arrest issued.....the name of the company is foster northland asso......and I first got a call from 479-668-0704.... so if any one has any more info please post on here.....

They called my fathers house looking for me. I tried looking them up and theres nothing about them. I think its a hoax.

Just got a call from these people as well. So was it a HOAX or is it really a legal company???? Thank you!

Called am elderly relative recovering from a stroke leaving "case"# but refused to identify themselves. Refused to identify themselves but left personal information. I filed with the police dept since these have been continuos and have stressed the sick relative making her sicker. also called the phone company

Called my number today saying that I was having legal documents sent. Gave me 866-313-6647 and a "case number". I called the number and spoke to a supposed Case Manager and he said I had an outstanding loan from a Payday loan, years ago. Well, I told him that I filed bankruptcy, and I have no outstanding debts, and told him to hold while I gather my Lawyer info. He hung up. If this was legit, why did he hang up?

Received the same call last Monday. They said they tried twice to deliver documents. Found out they were trying to deliver to my last address. Yesterday, to my surprise, I received their delivery. Legal documents regarding a loan I had a few years back. Called them today and paid less than 500 bucks. The loan I took out was more than 2,000 so these idiots lose!!! Paying a bill collector is always the best way because it's usually less than the true amount I owe.I think if they actually took me to court, they'd get MAYBE 25.00 a month. But I got my taxes so now is the time to clean up my credit. HOPE THIS HELPS!
