- programming contractorThe company is SAI PEOPLE. They are a software consulting company who does not take "NO" for an answer. The reps are from India and they speak terrible English. They also use American names like "Chris Stone" on their email. This trick is a true display of their ignorance. They obtain your phone number from your posted resume on Monster.com and plague you with repetitive phone calls and emails. I received as many as 20 calls in one day.
If you say "NO" to one rep then they will pass your number to another rep and the calls keep coming. Avoid their phone calls if you can.- Caller: SAI PEOPLE

- Gloria Burd| 2 repliesI received a call from an Indian guy at ext. 110, supposedly about an executive assistant job in Cupertino, working for Xytec (?) Solutions in Cupertino. His English was so bad that I didn't think it was legitimate. Plus, I couldn't quite understand the name of the company he was supposedly representing!

- Linux AdminSame story as the others. Heavy accent and could not understand much of the voicemail I received. They could have only gotten my information from computerjobs.com as that is the only place I have posted my resume.
- Caller: SAI People
- dlin8Same story. Received a voicemail from a "Robin" with a heavy accent, supposedly calling from "Xytec" Solutions about a job in my area. My resume is posted on Monster, so assume he got my number there.

Noel King - SONI replies to Noel KingHey Noel,
I read your msg i think you are very correct to your part. You are doing your job n let people think what they want to. BE good And from your msg i knw that you are not only an organised emplyoee but responsible too because you are the only one who have explained the person abt yourself n ur company. keep up the good work Noel King!I really appreciate your words and concern towards your feelings. All The Best! - StaciThis is a staffing company. They staff for positions throughout the US. They contacted me by email and phone about an IT job in the DC metro area, which is where I live. I have already found a job, but they pulled my resume from Monster where I had posted it a while back. The position they called me about was legitimate. Here is their web address www.saipeople.com. I receive lots of calls from recruiters for jobs in this area and a lot of the reps seem to have a foreign accent, yet the positions are for good legitimate jobs. Usually these companies will provide direct placement, yet some are temp contracts. If you are looking for a job, it doesn't hurt to explore all of your options. Just ask the recruiter lots of questions and have them give you specifics about the job, such as the name of the company.

- Brett| 1 replyI got a call from these idiots, they stated they got my phone number from my resume on Monster Board, however they called me on my cell# which does not appear anywhere on my resume nor has it ever. How they obtained my cell# I have no clue. Who ever or whatever they represent it can only be a scam of some sort so please beware!!!!!!

- BillI've heard from these folks a number of times. Seems like they only get jobs that start the next day, so it's always a crisis. They ask me to revise my resume extensively, please, within the next half hour.
Always a heavy South Asian accent, no matter who calls. Then no follow-up. I treat them as legitimate, but I wonder if anyone actually lands a job with their help?
Motto has two "t"s, Noel. Please slow down when you are talking; it seems everyone has a hard time understanding you.- Caller: SAI People

- trueman| 1 replyI enjoyed hearing the phone ring and getting a job offer, especially in these hard uncertain economic times. Thankfully, I currently have a job, so I informed the Indian lady on the other end of the phone that I was not on the market for a job at this time. By the third call that day, I was a bit peeved...the following day when I received my 9th call I was pissed. These people have no company structure and were trying to shove a Northup Grumman job down my throat!!! If any company does business with Sai People Solutions be mindful you are putting your name in jeopardy by affiliating yourself with Sai People Solutions.

- miss_c_bronte@yahoo.comMy story is just like everyone else's... a call from Sai People about a 'job opportunity' in my area. It would have been great if the rep had been able to pronounce the city where he was supposedly located properly. I can't wait to get a job and get my resume off the job boards... I get equally harrassing calls from companies like Primerica.

- WouldYouEvaGot a call on my cell, but my phone is wonky and drops called. I had a hard time understanding the caller but possibly his name was Chaban? He was calling about a job in DC, didn't read my cover letter which said I'd only be interested in jobs within 150 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio.

- Vonie| 1 replyThis company is bogus. These folks from India with American names. I askd where company was based out, she said Texas, I asked what city and she put me on hold to get the answer.
The recruiter wants you to send an updated resume. Then she will ask for your home number. This all happened when I put my resume on Monster yesterday... let me go and make it invisible to these types of companies. It is apparent they will find a company in the city and state located on your resume and tell you they have a open position at the company based on your present/last title you held. - Doug| 1 replyGot a call from "Barbara" ex. 702 yesterday regarding a 2 yr contract mainframe computer operations job in San Angelo, TX. Like everyone else said, very heavy Indian accent. When I clicked the link in the e-mail she sent to take me to there web site I got a "server not found" error. It didn't really seem like the kind of place I'd want to relocate to anyways so I'm glad I googled it first.
