they charged me 10.99 for some ringtones that i did not get now the will not answer the phone

This is the number listed as customer support at www.ringtone.com. The automated announcement indicates that there should be a 2 minute wait time, but their sense of time must be quite a bit different than mine. They are charging my cell phone $9.99/mo for ringtones that I never asked for and my cell phone provider (Alltel) tells me that there isn't anything they can do about it.

this phone guy is calliing  several times to cell phones and charging on cell phones bills from telephones such as T mobile , why FBI will not catch this guys and give big punishment so that in future no body will do the same. Is government is protecting, there is no Law in  USA.  Wthat does it mean? I hope FBI will act by seeing this information.  THERE NO CONSUMER PREOTECTIOB DEPARTMENT TO ACT FAST?  cALLED PHONE iS 866-313-7157 THEY ARE FROM fREEZE MOBILE.
