Sounds like the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

Received a voicemail from this number (at my work). Definitely seems scammy, and there is nobody employed by that name that they are trying to contact. Here is a transcript of the message:

"Hello, this message is for Jacqueline Stavis or staves. I'm giving you a call regarding sealed legal documentation that requires your signature, and you're going to need to make yourself available at your home address 1492 chatouille drive if you're not available at your home address, I'm required to go to your place of employment. If you're not at work, I send them back as undeliverable and they proceed on the matter without you. Any questions or concerns or you do not know what this pertains to, I do advise you contact the filing party before signing anything. The number is 866-313-7811. Refer to your file number 354949."

The caller called from an unknown number and informed me that they needed to get a message to a friend. The message was in regards to court documents that they needed to send out and the caller left a file number. No other information was given to me.
