They called my sister and told her to tell me that it is about a legal matter and for me to call themand gave her a file number and phone number to call.  They call my job all the time and leave a message threatening me with "if you don't call back by 5 p.m. today we will serve you at your home or at you job"  First of all if they are a debt collector they don't site the mini-miranda; second of all you never get a call tell you your are about to be served; third they cannot leave a message on your job or your cell without written permission from you; and fourth they are not to reveal the nature of the call to a third party.  They have been calling me for months and I have yet to be served and it's concerning a debt they are to send you written notice and give you 30 days to validate the debt.  I have received no such letter.  When I did talk to them and it's only been once, they tell you they are calling from the court house and that I owe some payday loan company and ask for a debit card to pay the cost of the debt and they won't sue me.  I never heard of the company and after all these months if they were going to serve me they would have done it already.  ITS A SCAM!!!!!

Just called and left a number on my machine to call back 866 384 0119    which when you call doesn't work. recording said the number is not set up to receive calls? when you call the above number 866 315 1370 it just plays music....they have been calling for a few weeks, no idea what it is about...but they do leave unpleasnt messages that cause one concern trying to figure out what the problem is they're calling about...

BLOCK the caller.  The first posts sounds like the FAKE "we have a warrant for you"  SCAM.
