Did anyone dial this number to learn who this is?

I get calls from 866-315-2565 once a day.  They come in at all times of day.  They never leave a message.  Today's a bit different: I've received 2 calls from this number already and it's only noon.

I called the number, the message says they are call centre Vox Data and they had been requested to call (my) number. I looked up Vox Data, they don't have a proper website, the url is: http://company.monster.ca/vda/  Their Toronto # to call is: 1-877-869-3282
I called it and left a message with my name and phone number and for them to stop calling me. Hopefully I will be taken off their list.

I got this call today at 1:20pm and Tuesday Jan 22 at 11:00am. They don't leave messages either. I have no idea how these people got my cell phone number.

I have been receiving calls from this number up to 5 times per day. I finally answered yesterday. It is a telemarketer calling on behalf of RBC trying to sell insurance on the RBC line of credit to existing customers.

Since this is not RBC's normal number calling me, I can only guess that this is originating from a call centre that solicits for numerous customers. It is likely I will get a call from this number again, but on behalf of a different company.

Usually get these calls between noon and 7pm. Southern Ontario. Telemarketing for some banks, credit ins. --  It may be just a coincidence, but I got a subscription for Reader's Digest, as a gift, during Xmas -- now, I seem to be getting more of these calls.
