Left message in Australian accent on my US phone that is unlisted.

Left msg in strange accent saying needed me to call them back. Message was jarbled - pressed 2 to repeat and it hung up. Called back and they said they had a new automatic dialer system that was calling people at random and that I had no outstanding claim with them. The person I spoke with was very nice about it.

I've gotten this call twice, now, on my former land line number (now my cell number).  I have not returned the call, either.  All details of the call correspond with everyone else's calls.

This is an attorney for a debt, which I do not understand!

why are you asking for my social security number and birthday in these days of fraud by telephone?
