Ordered the CD and was billed $1.98.  About 1 week later my account was billed for an additional $69.95 without my authorization.  I called the number today 866-315-3967 and spoke with a supervisor who told me that my account would be credited within 3-5 business days.  In the meantime, I have had to cancel my bank card and pay extra money to have it mailed to overnight.

Same thing happened to me except it was only $3.73.  I think we missed some fine print in regards to membership.  I told them they are not to take anything else from my account and Frances that I spoke with cancelled my membership and said nothing further would be deducted from my account.  I sure hope no.

Ok so they told you it would be refunded within 3-5 business days and I just got off the phone with them and they said it could not be refunded because the CD's already been sent out ain't this a bit#*, after I asked if I was going to be billed for anything else and them telling me absolutly not.

They called my home all weekend while I was away.  My boyfriend said they called every hour on the hour, then FINALLY, gave him a number to call back.  When I just called them, they asked for my phone number, they said I must have signed up for something ... I gave them my phone number (the one they have been calling) and they had no record of me or a membership.  The only name I could get out of the representative was "Customer Service".

When I called I spoke to a rep named Jessie(female), (who knows if they even use a real name to answer the Phone). I was told that I would not be billed any further for EBooks that I did not order, need or want. My "subscription" was cancelled by my credit card company, not grants express. Don't think they are doing you ant favors.By the way, Ms. Jessie implied that we were all ignorant for not understanding that we had signed up for the ebook mess.

Do not order anything from these people!!! I have been charged 3.77, 3.73, 1.98, and $30 all within 2 months.  I called and cancelled after the 3rd charge and was told no more money would be charged from my account.  I found out today I was charged $30 from them.  I called and the guy who could barely speak English said they do not charge amounts of $30.  My bank statement clearly has there phone number beside the charge but they will not own up to it. I will get this money back once I talk to my bank and figure out what the hell is going on!  This is some total bs!!  The company is Grant Express. Could also show on bank statement as Buy homes, work from home, and build wealth.

I had the same charges. I applied for the CD and was willing to pay the $1.98 for S/H. Now I have received a $69.95 charge on my account that I did not authorize.
I called today a spoke with a Ms Rovie. She indicated that I could not have a refund and that she would cancel my membership and no future charges will be made.

I have had the same problem. I had to ask the person 3 or 4 times to repeat what she said because I could not understand her.

It may also be under debttowealth.com as I also received an unauthorized charge for $30.00 and their web site is no longer active.  I wonder why.

I also had the additional charges of $3.77 and $6.95. I have placed a complaint with the Complaint Board and an attorney requesting a refund of the unauthorized charges and to confirm cancellation of my "membership".

I also think the unauthorized charge on my account for $30 from debttowealth.com is associated with these same people. I have also filed a complaint regarding this charge

This web-site is a scam... The goverment said that all grant info is free.. I had to cancel my account and had a heated discussion with this company about getting my money back.. Please tell everyone you know who is looking into grants about this scam.. I only had wanted the cd not a membership or other crap. GO To the govermentgrants.gov and call them instead of doing anything over the internet.
