My brother said they called him for me and it was an Officer Miller about a case I filed (I haven't filed any cases) They provided him with a case # but I haven't called back yet, they also provided this local # 323-347-4437

We received a call from an Officer Miller about an auto reposession. They were going to reclaim a car. Represented themselves as a local law enforcement agent. Not true.

I got a call from 866-315-4199 ex 92 from Officer Miller at work. I called the Charlotte Meck PD and an atty. There is no such number.

They called my wife in Florida said she was Officer Miller from the Broward county sheriff office even spoofed the caller I.D. Told her that if I did'nt turn in my BMW I would be arrested. They Violated Federal fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Along with impersonating an officer of the Law. Turns out this is Universal Tracing Service Inc. 145 Tyee Dr. #1510 Point Roberts, WA 98281  Fax 1 800 887-6030 If they spoof you send them a fax under FFDCP act to cease and desist and further collection activity. you need to request all the info on the alleged debt from them. demand that they only copntact you by mail. Inform them that may not communicate with any thrid parts on any thing that pertain to you. Also you can sue them for Spoofing the penalty is 1000. per action, plus treble damages.

I got a text message saying "you haven't responded to us" call 866-315-4199 but the text message number was 1-206-496-1053. I replyed 'STOP'

today I just got a text message saying " we need to speak to you today regarding your vehicle. please call us at (866-315-4199)
and says text to stop but the message was sent from a 234-348-5013

TEXT MESSAGE SAID " WE STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU. PLEASE CALL US AT 866-315-4199. WE EAGERLY AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE.
