866-315-4343

There is a rude and racist person calling from 1-866-315-4343 who has been calling me constantly with threats of jail and possible physical harm through incarceration.  Whoever does monitor this list please take immediate actions against this company, and in particular a man by the name of Steve Smith.  My case number is #[removed].  He will not identify what company he is with, but i'd like to block this person from calling me.  he also has another number that will not come up on caller id.  If this man does not stop, I will move forward with legal action.

John Fisher calls me and says he has a claim in his office on me that he will deliver to my place of employment.  Well if he feels froggy, he can just hop on over.  He is a scammer. Another piece of trash.  I called the number and it is Nationwide. Told them this was their one and only warning to never call my work place again.  I have an attorney who will eat them alive if they continue to bother me.

Steve Smith is the caller from Nationwide as well.  I tried calling them and asking for their address or additional case, but they refused and said they can't give out that information.  Apparently they dig into finding everyone you know but they are pretty stagnant about releasing any information.  Legally, what can be done to stop these losers from calling my house and friends' houses?
