This is the first time I received a call from this number around 6:30 in the evening.  I called the number back and it had a fax modem tone.

I had the same experience as gigi.  I am now on a mission to find who this is.

just got a call from this number and they asked to speak to my wife.  I asked to take a message and the person said that there was no message and that they would call back later.  I called the number shown on the CID and received a fax modem tone.

(866) 315-7107 is not appreciated. Whoever calls from this number does NOT stop! They call a minimum of three times a day during the time that I am spending time with my family. I do not have the patience to deal with this person/company nor do I wish to receive further calls from them.

This is Bank of America. They will not quit until you talk to them or put them on the no call list.
