- katie| 1 replyI got a call from this number.. she left her name Powers Taylor and this phone number with an extension. Never said who she was with, who she was calling for...
- Caller: no name given
- JackieI got a call from a woman. She didn't leave her name. She just said that she was returning my call to "their office." Glad I checked before I called back. If they don't leave their name, state the purpose of their call and the name of their place of business then it will be a cold day in hell before I drop a dime returning their call.
- Caller: No name given
- DickI got a call from Powers Taylor also. No identifying info. No chance I am calling back.
- Jacob| 4 repliesI just got this call as well. Same thing, same Powers Taylor. I called and she works with a National Call Center for the United States Postal Service ( I had filed a service call several days ago so I knew the call was in response to that). She was polite and only asked relevant, non-personal information related to my call to the USPS. I let her know that people weren't calling her back because they didn't know who she was, maybe now she'll start leaving identifiable information.
- Caller: USPS
- LA replies to JacobGlad I looked this number up and I saw your post because I did make a service call to USPS. She still doesn't say where she's calling from.
- address changeryes to all above...person from USPS calling back if you've made a claim.
I called back 5 min after she left me a message and she wasn't available but a woman who answered offered to help and was very helpful- Caller: US Postal Service
- safe call| 3 repliesThis is Consumer Affairs with the USPS. If you filed a complaint of any kind, it eventually ends up in their hands. In my case some one had filed a fraudulent change of address for my mail and I reported it immediately. A case worker calls from this number to follow up and/ or get more info relevant to the case.
- Caller: USPS
- GusThe number is from the Postal Service. Filed a claim and they were calling back to get more info.
- Caller: US Postal Service
- PatriciaRecvd a call from this number, left a name/ext and said to call back with my case #. Did not have a clue who this was or why they were calling until I read the above. I did file a case with USPS regarding a letter I recieved that a request to foward my mail had come to them. Of course I called them immediatly since I did not put in a forwarding address.
- Caller: USPS
- Bret| 1 replyThis is the United States Postal Service and either they've made a mistake (Which I doubt) or you have a current case open with them.
- Caller: USPS
- Call type: Event reminder
- hm| 1 replyYep, it was the post office.
- Caller: USPS
- Bill D| 4 repliesIt is the post office, I filed a concern with them and they were following up.
- Caller: USPS
- KT| 1 replyGot a call from an older woman who left her name as Priscilla. She said she was returning my call and to call the call center back and that one of her co workers would be happy to help me. Never said a company name.
- Caller: ??
- KT replies to KTOk so yes it is the Post Office.
- SCORCHAccording to POWERS TAYLOR her organization cannot give out 'who is calling' due to the Post Office Privacy Act. When I questioned this, told her I thought she was a scammer & threatened to report that info to the Attorney General, Public Advocate & Governor, et al she all of a sudden could see if her Supervisor could speak with me as her scripted dialog was complete nonsense & a waste of time. I will report this lack of professionalism & incorrect info to the USPS Commissioner. As a note, it was also hard to understand her English as she does not speak properly-fak instead of FACT, etc.
I suggest you report her nonsense as well.- Caller: WHO KNOWS?

DON'T give these callers any information. Hang up and call your local post office. If there is an issue, the local post office will be able to verify and get you to the right officials.- Caller: informational post
- Richelle| 5 repliesI received a call from 866-315-7856 ext 6417 he said his name as Willy from address management. Wondering if this a scam?
- Caller: Address Management
- kthis is the US Postal Service. I called them a few days ago regarding an unauthorized address change to my home. They were calling me back with a status on it. they still do not say where they are calling from. that would make it so much easier if they did.
- k-leeYes this was the USPS because I had filed a claim about an unauthorized address change. And they do not say who they are calling from. The person who called me was named "nicole"
- Caller: USPS (Postal Service)
- TJWe've gotten 2 calls from "Priscilla" at this number and this is right after an identity theft situation and a fraudulent mail forwarding report we made with the postal service. I'm about 99% sure this is NOT the Postal Service because I asked our Postmaster and the Postal Inspector about it and they both said it's not the Postal Service, and if it was they would readily identify themselves as such. They said they have never heard of "Address Management" and they usually contact you by mail first.
