Received a call from this number on my cellphone. They tried to sell me disability insurance and claimed that they call from Bank of America.

I receive daily annoying phone calls received from this number. I do not pick up calls.

These calls are from B of A.  If you get one, that must mean you are either a customer of theirs or are not on the no-call list.  If you are a customer of B of A, return the call.  You can input your phone number and be put on B of A's own no-call list for ALL their products.  That's what I did.

The above report is correct.  I got this call and didn't hear anything.  I called back and put my number on their do-not-call list.

I just got a call from this #. No one was there. I heard a beep like it was recording or something...
Tried to call back and it disconnected.

If this is BofA I may have to change banks; if they can't run a call center how can they keep track of my checking account?

Keep getting calls from this number and when I answer there's no one there.  I try to call back and it just continues to ring and eventually a busy signal.

You can go to bankofamerica.com/privacy and set your preferences for telephone, email and snail-mail contact. Warning: It says it can take UP TO 12 WEEKS to take effect. So if they call and you answer, just tell them you're on the no-call list.

We have had four phone calls from this number in the past month...never leave a message.

Called them back. It's Bank of America. Recording said 'from time to time we provide special offers (or something like that)'.  Held on the line then got disconnected.

We received calls from this number about 2x a week but when you pick up the phone no one will answer and will just be disconnected as well and they never leave any messages.

We received calls too.

they called and asked if my husband was there (using his full name of course)

I've received calls from this number. If it is BofA, we haven't been customers for 3 yrs. Why would they call me? I'm also on the do-not-call list.

I'm not even a customer of B of A. and I got a call asking for someone with my similar last name. Told them naturally that they have the wrong number, they always says oops sorry and hang up before I tell them that my number is on the Do Not Call List. and they are harassing us.

They called every night for several times, trying to sell insurance and other services.  When I ask them to remove my number off their list, they said they are working on it...then HANG UP! so rude!

My husband answered the phone when I wasn't home.  The caller asked for me.  When my husband asked who was calling, the caller refused to identify himself.

They called last night, said they were from Bank of America insurance services.  I told the caller that I had already asked them last week never to call us again.  However, my husband received another call from them this morning.  He hung up on them

This no. calls and I am on the NO call list! I don't answer.
