    Received an automated message to call this number, but only the phone number was recorded, the beginning of the message wasn't.  I called back, and heard the background noise of a phone bank...great.  Indian guy said thank you for calling MicroSoft how can I help you.  I asked him are you serious - you expect me to think you're calling from Microsoft...in India?
