Sent number to voicemail, spam message says something about bogus legal matter.

Threatening to sue me

Call from this number saying its in regards to a legal matter and failure to comply will result in legal action. The call came in restricted and this is the number she left. Only identified herself as Kelly from National Processing. I can't find anything about this company. I'm assuming its a scam

Received a call from this number warning of a pending legal matter. I called back and talked to a lady regarding an alleged debt. She did have my name and S.S, number. She said I had been mailed correspondence from Nationwide Processing and also mention Dudley & Associates. From my internet research, both of these companies are either no longer in business or in legal trouble.

Got a message for a package that needed to be signed for and they were the “third party” arranging delivery.  Sounds bogus to me.

If that was all they said, then yes, bogus. A real delivery company would give their name and would be able to tell you who was sending the package.

Caller said there was a legal matter that needs my immediate attention and if I didnt call back they would be forced to move forward.   They also called several members of my family and left the same msg. However, they used an incorrect surname.. my daughter called them back and they kept asking her if she was Belinda. She replied "u left a msg for me 2 call u back, didn't u?"  But they were rude and hung up in her face
